These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using the RanginGfx website and any related services (together, the “Service”). By accessing our website, contacting us, or purchasing our services, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1) About RanginGfx
RanginGfx provides digital services including (but not limited to) web design and web development, SEO, branding and graphic design, UI/UX design, social media management, and paid advertising support. Service details, timelines, and deliverables may vary by project.
2) Project Scope and Deliverables
Each project is based on a defined scope. We may confirm scope using written communication such as a proposal, invoice, order summary, or a message thread. Anything not clearly included in the scope is not included.
If you request additional work outside the scope, we may provide a revised quote, timeline, or a separate invoice. Work begins after we receive the required information and the agreed payment (or deposit) as described in the project agreement.
3) Client Responsibilities
To complete your project successfully, you agree to provide accurate information, feedback, and required assets in a timely manner. This may include text, images, brand details, logins, hosting access, domain settings, and approvals.
Delays in providing these items may delay delivery timelines. If a project remains inactive for an extended period, we may pause it until required inputs are received.
4) Payments and Billing
Pricing, deposits, milestones, and payment schedules are shared before the work starts. Unless we agree otherwise in writing:
- Payments are due on the dates shown in the invoice or agreement.
- Work, files, or final delivery may be paused if payments are overdue.
- Any third-party costs (domains, hosting, plugins, tools, ad spend, stock assets) are paid by the client unless stated otherwise.
5) Revisions and Approvals
We include a reasonable number of revisions depending on the service type and package. Revisions mean adjustments to existing work, not redesigning the project from scratch. Major changes, repeated redesign requests, or new features may require additional time and cost.
Once you approve a design or deliverable, later changes may be treated as new work.
6) Intellectual Property (Ownership)
Unless stated otherwise in writing:
- After full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you (such as final design files or deployed website files).
- RanginGfx keeps ownership of internal tools, templates, reusable components, workflows, and know-how used to produce the work.
- Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses (fonts, plugins, stock images, frameworks, etc.).
7) Portfolio and Promotional Use
We may display completed work in our portfolio or social media (for example, screenshots of a website or a logo mockup) to show our services. If your project is confidential, you must tell us in writing before the project starts, and we will respect that request.
8) SEO and Marketing Disclaimer
SEO and advertising results can vary due to competition, market demand, website condition, budgets, platform changes, and factors outside our control. While we follow best practices, RanginGfx does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, sales, or ad performance outcomes.
9) Third-Party Services
Your website or marketing may rely on third-party services (such as Blogger, Google, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account bans, feature limitations, or pricing changes from third parties.
10) Confidentiality
Both you and RanginGfx agree to keep confidential information private. Confidential information includes business details, logins, documents, and non-public project data shared during the project. This does not apply to information that is public or required to be disclosed by law.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RanginGfx is not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or reputational loss. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to RanginGfx for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
12) Termination
Either party may end a project if the other party materially breaches these Terms or the agreed project arrangement. If a project is terminated:
- You must pay for work completed up to the termination date.
- Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
13) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the updated version will apply from the date it is published.
